Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins has agreed to a three-year, $72.75 million extension, according to reports by ESPN.com and NFL.com.
The deal includes $52 million in guaranteed money and secures Collins with the franchise that took him in the third round of the 2021 NFL draft.
The 25-year-old Collins was set to become an unrestricted free at the end of the 2024 season.
Collins had a breakout year in 2023, catching 80 passes for 1,297 yards and eight touchdowns after catching 70 passes for 927 years, combined during his first two NFL seasons.
